THE GROUPS OF PATIENTS RELIEVED FROM PATIENT'S CO-PAYMENTS 

-  children up to 18;

-  expectant mothers and women in maternity period up to 42 days, ( if health care services concerning pregnancy and maternity period examination and pregnancy progress are received);

-  politically oppressed persons, participants of National resistance movement and persons suffered in elimination of Chernobyl atomic power plant crash effects;

-  the needy persons (persons which in accordance with the procedure of the regulations and legislation on families and separately living persons to be declared as needy are recognized as such);

-  tuberculosis patients and patients being under examination on tuberculosis

-  psychotic persons receiving psychiatrical treatment;

-  patients receiving chronic hemodialysis, hemodiafiltration and peritoneal dialysis procedures;

-  persons receiving emergency medical care by emergency medical assistance team;

-  persons receiving health care services in cases of infectious diseases approved by laboratory and being under registration ( in accordance with legislation and resolutions on the procedure for registration of infectious diseases);

-  persons being under care of the state social care centres and self-government rest-homes (centres);

-  all inhabitants receiving prophylactic examination (prescribed by legislation and resolutions);

-  all inhabitants receiving vaccination (prescribed by legislation and resolutions) or passive immunotherapy (within the framework of the state immunization program);

-  if patient instalments have reached the amount of LVL 150,00 within the limits of one calendar year, showing the documents approving these payments receive free treatment in the regional departments of the Agency;
